4.DEFINITIONS

In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the following written terms shall refer to the written explanations opposite them in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.

5. SUBJECT

5.1. This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website with the extension "https://www.emineyildirim.com".

5.2. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a period of time are valid until the end of the specified period. The SELLER always reserves the right to make changes to the prices and the products and services offered.

If a campaign is organized by the SELLER, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign. The type and type, quantity, brand / model, color, sales price of the products are as stated above. 6.4. Additional fees such as cargo fee, which is the cost of product shipment, and all other taxes, duties and fees shall be paid by the BUYER.

6.5. In cases where the order has to be canceled due to the unavailability of the materials of the product, the SELLER is obliged to return the payment to the BUYER. The BUYER shall not claim any other rights, damages and compensation due to the inability to supply the product.
